So Far
O-kay well so far people are taking for granted what I have to say simply because of my age. So far I have encountered 3 people who think I should stop focusing on these "pipe dreams".But I WONT! I CAN NOT be defeated because my generation is being attaked like never before. By pregnacy, aids, drugs, and even dare i say it prison. My father was incarcerated at the prime ages in my life but that doesnt give me the right to go hold up a coner store or get knocked up by some guy i barley even know does it? Im sick of people [espicially grown one's] blaming their circumstance while they were young for where they are at in life. Im also sick of seeing girls at my school pregnant or getting abortions because they made the stupid choice of laying with some stupid guy. Why can't everyone just love themselves the way I love me? That's a question I ask myself often. Teens these days are on a path of destruction. I want to at least try to be a mediator but no one feels what I have to say is that important hunh? It used to be easier when I was little and didn't care about anything but candy and Christmas. But now im faced with all these issues that torment my mind because i want to make a dern difference. Sometimes I ask God why couldn't he have chosen someone else to care as much I do for our future. Though im only fourteen why do I have to keep reminding people that i have the insight, wisdom, courage, and intellegence of one way surpass my age. But with that also comes a battle. Espcially with black people at my school sometimes they don't even understand what im talking about. Or ask me "why you talking like you white?". What's my response you ask. Well what i want to tell them is because all these crappy butt statistics say that we are illiterate pigs that will probabley be on welfare the rest of our lives and I want to at least talk like I got some dern since. But i just smile and end up sayin something like "haha bruh i wuz juss playin wit yo black a**". Is this the only way I can communicate with my the black youth? While all these other teens are caught up in fashion, music, and clothes yea I like them too but i see far pass all materlistic things and want my generations innner man to be correct first. Is that so wrong?

I think I have what it takes!! Don't you??
Wow trying to look for acting and modeling jobs isn't as easy as i thought is was going to be... considering the fact that im flat broke. I am feeling really discouraged in my quest anyways, because all i see are the skinny little white chicks [no offense intended] getting jobs. I defiently have the chops to be either if someone would just give me a chance! I feel as though these size 0 models and actress have heavily infulenced the young teen girls of today's society and i want to help let peoople know that image in NOT everything it matters but that's not what it is all about. I also want to show the young teens who think they have to have the perfect image that it's okay to be curvey and still be great, it's okay not being the skinnest chick on the block. I would also like to show everyone in Hollywood that... because everytime i look for an audition and think it's perfect for me i always fall in the too short, not exactly what were looking for, or not skinny enough categories but other than that perfect. In other words sorry kid because your black and not skinny you don't fit this role. I want to give young black and white teens something they can look up to that's REAL. Someone who sometimes over indulges in things just like them, someone who likes to act silly and is not the perfect starchild. The last person who i seen that was a young black teen on television that I was inspired by was Raven Symone. Other than that there are really no curvey black teens on televisiobn right now. Sure Miley Cyrus, Demi Lavato, and Selena Gomez are great but who do the little black girls have to watch? Anybody? Exactly, nada, zip no one!! But I will tell you who would be perfect for something like this ME!! So if your someone who can help me out leave me a comment with your information.

I agree A WHOLE lot about this!! Why you should never use the N word Again!!
Wow, Okay i know im a litte late but this video is extremely profound and i thank God that we still have young black youth (as myslef) who feels as strongly and proud about our race and culture!! Don't get me wrong i love white people, as a matter of fact i used to go to a predominantly white school. Even though im only fourteen i have a vocab far beyond my age just like him in the video...So the point of it all is that all of the people who are basing young black peoples lives on these crummy, degrading, hurtful statistics GET A LIFE cause we have a future!!
